I’ve always heard from my mother that “the ledge” in Green Bay /DePere (or Scray’s Hill) is part of the Niagara escarpment, but until recently when I thoughtlessly parrotted that knowledge to a visitor, I hadn’t realized that I really didn’t know what the hell that means.
