The World’s Greatest Meatloaf, it’s true. I always hated meatloaf. Though my mom is an amazing cook, I don’t know where she got her meatload from; it was brownish-grey, had green peppers, and was just dull. When Russ requested meatloaf one night, I panicked, and then I found this recipe. It doesn’t suck! It’s actually very good — I think the secret is pork. I use a sleeve of Saltines instead of bread, for added class. I’d like to play around with this recipe some more, maybe add some thyme etc.
