Woo! That’s better! Still some tweaking to do with the margins, and adding photos to the galleries. The transition was fairly easy and since everything is controlled by the style sheets now, it’ll be very simple to redesign in the future (in theory).

Woo-hoo! Love the groovy new threads, DynaGirl. I’m fan of WordPress, too – I’ve used it on a couple of my class web sites, and if I had your mad CSS skillz, I’d probably use it for everything.

Cool stuff mimi! It is kind funky to see the old DG design and the new, it feels like skipping form the 50′s to the 60′s. Different moods? Intentional? Adoring fans want to know.

Yay! Glad you like it! I’m reallllly liking WordPress. I munged something up and was able to fix it on my own using phpmyadmin, so that was a definite bonus over MT, where if something was wrong there was no way I could fix it or figure it out on my own — and I don’t know a lick of PHP.
Not sure what moved me on this design but I’ve been wanting to get clean and funky for a while. I’ve been listening to a lot of funk and disco and looking at great type lately. I have an election-season design up my sleeve that I need to finish off, too. The great thing, again, is that’ll just be a matter of changing style sheets.
Elle, feel free to look at the css – I annotated it so you can easily see what’s what and why I did something, plus citations of the technique’s source. It’s pretty easy once you get into it.

black on yellow is easier to read than the previous colours, but it’s pretty hard on the eyes after more than a minute
what’s up with the horizontal scrolling — when i scroll right, there’s nothing there!

Whoa! Dynagirl Redux!
How exciting. I kind of miss the old green, but I like the layout. Very cool. (I’m also digging the annotated code. You rock.)

Fancy! I feel like I’m watching the Star Wars Christmas Special, or something like that.

Yay. Litebrite! I like the my-legs-are-3/4-of-my-height-woman image age the bottom.
