Kill Bill, vol. 2 was waaaaay more enjoyable than the first one, with 100% fewer geysers of blood and much more plot, dialogue and character. I’d like to see a special edition of the two mashed together and the fight scenes from the first one edited more… economically. The scenes between Thurman and Carradine were great, and I just can’t imagine Warren Beatty in the roll of Bill. IMDB says there’s a blooper reel if you stay through the end credits, which we hadn’t known about so we missed. Damn! Make your own GoGo Yubari folded-paper action figure.

I wanted to go see it this weekend, but our schedule was full already. Maybe next weekend.
And you can bet your Rogue that there’s gonna be a special edition DVD of the two volumes edited together. If they don’t, someone online will do it for them, a la “Phantom Edit”.

Oh, and I was disappointed to see that the link doesn’t have a printout for you to make your own GoGo Yubari action figure. I guess if there was a printout, we’d all be able to have one, and then they wouldn’t be able to sell them, or something. For a cool paper model that you can actually do yourself, I recommend the J. Otto Seibold box:
