Hello Neils? | 8:51 pm | 17 December 2002

Stare at the phrase “Hell on Heels” long enough and believe me, it makes no sense.

    Of course it doesn’t.

It makes perfect sense to me, but then, I married one of them. I guess it’s true that we make our own hell.

  4. Craig, again

I’m reminded of a girlfriend I had several lifetimes ago. She read Little Lulu cartoons fanatically. One involved Lulu and friend saying “foot” and “feet” until they were both in hysterics and the words no longer meant anything. They didn’t mean anything to the adults who found them writhing around on the ground, either.
I suppose this means that anything will lose its meaning if you look at it long enough.
PS. It’s harder to make a throwaway post when you have to stop and lookup a link for every little thing. Damn Modern Life.
